Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: [April/13/2005]

1. Donation-Based Transactions
All payments made through the MewoSMP store are voluntary donations to support server costs. You are not purchasing goods/services but contributing to server maintenance, upgrades, and staff compensation.

2. No Refunds

• Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
  • Server downtime/resets
  • Accidental purchases
  • Account loss/hacking
  • Discontinued features
• Chargebacks will result in permanent ban and removal of all donated perks.

3. Virtual Items

• In-game rewards (ranks, cosmetics, etc.) are granted as a token of gratitude, not as a transactional product.
• We reserve the right to modify/remove items due to balance changes, bugs, or server closures.

4. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for securing your Minecraft/website account.
• Shared account access voids all support claims.

5. Age Requirement
By donating, you confirm you are:

• At least 13 years old (COPPA Compliance)
• Legally permitted to make online payments in your jurisdiction.

6. Amendments
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance.
