Stealing & Griefing

No Stealing -Taking resources, blocks, or items from other players without permission is prohibited. This includes chests, farms, or any part of another player's base.
No Griefing - Intentionally damaging or altering builds through explosions, lava, fire, or other destructive methods is not allowed. This includes placing blocks that ruin aesthetics or functionality.

Inappropriate Behavior

NSFW/Offensive Skins - Skins containing explicit, racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise offensive content are forbidden. This includes violent, drug-related, or self-harm imagery.
Hate Speech & Harassment - Racism, homophobia, sexism, or any discriminatory remarks will result in a ban. Sexual harassment, including unwanted advances, is strictly prohibited.
Real-Life Threats & Doxxing - Threatening violence, harm, or sharing personal information (doxxing) will lead to an immediate permanent ban and possible legal action.

Exploits & Cheating

Bug/Exploit Abuse - Using duplication glitches, item exploits, or any unfair advantage is prohibited. Report bugs to staff instead.
Hack Clients & Cheating - Using or advertising X-ray, auto-mining, speed hacks, or any cheat clients will result in an immediate ban.
Server Crashing - Intentionally crashing the server via lag machines, DDoS attacks, or malicious scripts will lead to a permanent IP ban.

Fair Play & Consent

No Scamming - Misleading trades, renaming items deceptively, or tricking players into unfair exchanges is not allowed.
No Non-Consensual PvP - Killing players without their consent is prohibited. PvP must be agreed upon by both parties in a fair setting unless at pvp space.
No Real Money Transactions - Buying or selling in-game items/currency for real money is forbidden, except for official server store purchases.

Respect & Accountability

No Impersonation - Copying usernames to impersonate players, staff, or content creators is not allowed.
No Ban/Mute Evasion - Avoiding a ban or mute with alternate accounts will escalate punishment to a permanent IP ban.
Staff Disrespect & Provocation - Disrespecting staff, spreading hate about the server, or targeting vanished staff will not be tolerated.
No Accomplice Behavior - Assisting or encouraging rulebreakers will result in equal punishment.

P2P Trading

No Staff Involvement Required for Small Trades: Peer-to-peer (P2P) trading is allowed as long as there’s no scamming involved. However, if any issues arise, both players should notify staff for resolution. Staff members may act as witnesses in trades to prevent any disputes. Trade Disputes: If you have an issue with a trade, please report it to staff immediately. They will assist in resolving any disputes fairly.

Land Claiming

Inactive Players Lose Claims: Any land claims that remain inactive for over two months will automatically be removed. This is to prevent abandoned bases and free up space for active players. Make sure to check in periodically if you want to protect your builds. NoRecourse for Lost Claims: If a claim is removed due to inactivity, the player cannot reclaim the lost items or land. Players are responsible for ensuring their builds and claims are properly protected.

Item Replacement

One-Time Item Replacement: Players are allowed to replace an item once in case it is lost due to a fault caused by the player. However, if the item is lost or destroyed again due to the same reason, no further replacements will be provided. Server Faults: If an item is lost due to a server issue, such as a crash or bug, staff will replace the item without limitation. Players should report any server-related issues immediately.

Server Boost Key Manipulation (not yet published)

No Exploiting Nitro Keys Players who boost the server on Discord are eligible for Nitro Keys, but these must be earned through consistent monthly boosts. Manipulating or exploiting the Nitro system, such as sharing keys or using multiple accounts for Nitro boosts, will result in a ban.
